Firstly I want to say congratulations, because in a short while you'll exist in beautiful images showing the love and connection between you and your littlest loves.
I can't wait for our session - and to get you excited about what's to come, I've put together this welcome guide. It will take you through the process and what to expect, and hopefully answer any questions you might have. But if you do have any, just shoot me an email.
The Location
Desk & Studio is located at 460a Parramatta Rd, Petersham
There is NO ACCESS to the studio via Parramatta Road. The entrance to the studio is found on Queen Street. (Look for the Queen of Spades!)
There is plenty of street parking around the studio, with a mixture of 2 hour and all day parking available.
All day parking can be found on

• Railway Street
• Andreas Street
What to expect
As you may have seen from the images on my website and in the booking email, these sessions are really laid back. It's not about posing and smiling at the camera.
These sessions are to capture that raw and authentic connection between you and your little ones. So you can remember the way they looked at you, how you are their world and how their little hands are always touching a part of your body so they can stay connected to you.
Preparing for your session
Your first question to yourself is probably going to be, What will I wear? Don't worry, I have you covered. I'll be sharing with you a style guide that will help you pick your colour palette and coordinate you with your kids so that you look like an awesome unit.
I'll also be sending you a questionnaire so that I can get to know a bit more about you and your kids so that I can capture your family with authenticity.
On the day of your session, I would suggest doing very light activity with the kids, especially if your session is at the end of the day. Feed them a diet of food free of processed sugar for the day. Sweets can send them into overdrive and we might not get the best out of them. Make sure they've eaten prior to the session and avoid giving them snacks in the car, especially when they're in their outfits. If you arrive early and would like to dress them at the studio you're more than welcome to do that.
Your Session
The session is only 15 minutes long, so please be on-time. If you're late we'll have less time to capture that connection, and sometimes it can take kids a little while to relax and warm up. If you're a bit early, that's no worries, there is a waiting area.
The most important thing is to relax, be present and have a great time with your little loves!
After your session
Approximately 2 weeks after your session you'll receive a link to your gallery, where you can select your 5 images and upgrade your packages if you want to purchase more.
You'll receive your digital images immediately after selecting them. If you don’t receive any emails from me please check your junk folder, but it’s best to mark my email as safe.
